How to Connect Mercado Pago

The leading payment platform in Latin America.

What you'll need

A Mercado Pago account with an application in the developers portal.

Step 1 — Create an application

Go to developers.mercadopago.com.br, sign in, and create an application. Your app shows an Access Token (APP_USR-...) and a Public Key (APP_USR-...).

Step 2 — Connect in SellDesk

  1. Open Settings → Payments.
  2. Expand the Mercado Pago card.
  3. Paste your Access Token and Public Key.
  4. Save changes and toggle Mercado Pago on.

Tip

Use credentials from your test application (TEST-...) while testing, then switch to the production application.
